American Income Life / Globe Life is hiring a Remote CSR & Sales Trainee with no experience required. This 100% remote role lets you earn through commissions while enjoying flexible hours and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Own a computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a dedicated remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at candidate’s expense
• No prior insurance experience required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing development provided

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily to deliver service and product guidance
• Support training and professional development through weekly trainings
• Work in a fully remote, independent contractor model with company support
