Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a benefits administrator to deliver comprehensive administration for employer-sponsored health and welfare plans across multiple clients. You will manage enrollment, COBRA compliance, open enrollment, and communications while supporting HR teams with data accuracy and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, excellent service mindset, and proficiency with enrollment platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 3+ years of benefits experience.
• Knowledge of BeneTrac, ADP, COBRA eligibility.
• CEBS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage health and welfare benefit plans for multiple clients.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and life/disability plans for active and COBRA participants.
• Manage Employee Self-Service module.
• Coordinate transfer of election data to providers.
• Handle employee calls and assist with benefits questions.
• Counsel employees on benefit issues and procedures.
• Provide support to employer or HR representatives.
• Administer premium reporting and payroll deduction reporting.
• Coordinate compliance with COBRA and HIPAA.
• Distribute employee communication materials.
• Ensure data integrity in agency management system.
• Other duties as assigned.
