Globe Life AO – American Income Division is seeking motivated individuals for remote, entry-level Remote Customer Benefits Specialist roles. You’ll educate families on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage, conduct Zoom and phone consultations, and assist with enrollment once licensed.

Qualifications

18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Must have reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam and microphone.
Licensing guidance provided; state license required before certain activities.

Responsibilities

Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone.
Educate clients on policy features and enrollment options.
Assist with electronic applications and enrollment after licensure.
Maintain client records and provide ongoing service.
