Globe Life AO – American Income Division is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Client Support Advisors. This work-from-home role offers flexible scheduling and a commission-based compensation structure with performance bonuses.

You will connect with working families, union members, veterans, and eligible associations through Zoom and phone consultations to explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Have reliable computer and high‑speed internet at home.
• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace and webcam/mic capability.
• Be comfortable with Zoom and phone communication.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing support provided.
• Understand commission-based structure and licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with understanding available insurance options and enrollments after licensing.
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance coverage options clearly.
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations and enrollment assistance.
• Maintain accurate digital records and client communications.
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship.
