Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage.
• On-the-job training is built into our onboarding process.
• Compensation includes commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock; there are no guaranteed salaries.

Responsibilities

• Sales: presentations, enrollment, and guidance on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions: provide strategic and executable client solutions.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Manage relationships with customers, clients and business owners.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, and worksite liaison.
• Maintain state licensing (Life and/or Health as applicable).
