The position offers an annual bonus and a target hourly pay range. The role requires 3–5 years of benefits administration experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefit programs and eligibility.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ADA, PPACA, FMLA and state leave laws.
• Proficiency with Excel and benefits processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs including enrollment and changes.
• Handle COBRA, terminations, and beneficiaries; track claims.
• Support leaves of absence with determinations and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for open enrollment.
