Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced safety leader to drive hazard analysis, safety requirements, and verification for autonomous vehicle deployments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning simulation, field operations, and hardware, while managing risks, dependencies, and program milestones.

A strong background in ISO 21448 and ISO 26262, excellent communication, and the ability to influence executive reviews are required, with a remote US-based option.

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous systems, ADAS, robotics, or aerospace.
• Knowledge of ISO 21448 and ISO 26262.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety planning and execution for autonomous vehicle deployment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to embed safety throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and program milestones.
• Establish traceability between hazards, safety requirements, and verification evidence.
• Drive integrated verification and validation across simulation and field operations.
• Facilitate executive reviews and technical governance forums.
