Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working within a managed care organization or health insurer.
• Proven track record of cross-functional, system thinking leadership and complex initiatives.
• Experience leveraging data and insights to drive strategies and solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Proven ability to influence through others in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of initiatives, coordinate execution, and measure value aligned with OBHS strategy.
• Create project plans, processes, and workflows to support program development and implementation.
• Ensure BH policies are integrated into daily practice to maximize value for members and enterprise.
• Identify stakeholders and gather data to inform program success.
• Collect, analyze, and report data, metrics, and outcomes to support cost and quality goals.
• Develop benchmarks and metrics to evaluate processes and outcomes.
• Analyze program model fidelity and implement strategies to enhance performance.
• Partner with growth and solutioning teams to articulate program goals and benefits.
• Maintain matrixed relationships with national and local teams.
• Communicate potential impacts and risks of proposed solutions to stakeholders.
