Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurer.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Proven track record of influencing others during times of ambiguity.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience leveraging data and insights to drive strategies and solutions.
• Cross-functional, system thinking leadership across a large, matrixed organization.
• Experience delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Proven experience meeting/exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of initiatives and coordinate execution to improve benefit expense and clinical quality outcomes.
• Create project plans, processes, and workflows to support program development and implementation.
• Ensure BH policies and processes are integrated to maximize value for members and the enterprise.
• Identify stakeholders and secure support for program success.
• Collect data, input, and subject matter expertise relevant to customer needs.
• Analyze data and report on metrics to support cost and outcomes evaluation.
• Establish benchmarks and metrics to evaluate processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with growth teams to articulate program goals and benefits for accounts.
• Maintain matrixed relationships with national and local teams.
