Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician for remote work with Louisiana preference. The role supports evidence-based behavioral health services, care coordination, and utilization management decisions from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST with some weekend/holiday flexibility.

Base pay ranges between $26.01 and $56.14 per hour, plus potential bonuses. Ideal candidates hold an active behavioral health license in Louisiana or an unrestricted psychiatric RN license, with 3+

Qualifications

• 3+ years of behavioral health clinical practice experience
• EMR documentation experience
• Active, unrestricted Behavioral Health license in Louisiana or RN with psychiatric specialty

Responsibilities

• Review behavioral health services and treatment plans to determine medical necessity
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and clinical best practices
• Coordinate utilization management decisions with providers and care teams
• Provide triage and crisis intervention as needed
• Discharge planning and transitions of care coordination
• Identify at-risk members and coordinate referrals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support comprehensive care management
