Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to provide individual, family, and group therapy across the lifespan via telehealth and in-clinic settings. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling Monday–Friday 8am–7pm CST and requires licensure eligibility or active license in relevant states.

Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in a mental health field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required or eligible.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health settings; autonomous practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy across lifespan.
• Deliver therapy via telehealth and in-clinic as needed.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including nurses and front desk staff.
• Assist in crisis management and ensure compliance with company policies.
