Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth team and deliver outpatient mental health care from a home-based setting. This remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with standard business hours and optional evening shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include a Master's degree and licensure, unrestricted US work authorization, and comfort with digital health tools.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth.
• Coordinate with care teams and document progress notes.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and secure handling of patient data.
