Job summary

Maximus seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide behavioral healthcare, counseling, case management, and clinical support for SOF personnel and families. The role strengthens readiness by addressing mental health needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance are required or eligible; the position is pending contract award. On-site duties with flexible, mission-driven responsibilities support program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy as needed.
• Conduct clinical investigations and contribute to quality improvement.
• Maintain documentation in approved systems and support program requirements.
