Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; license in social work preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Current LCSW or LMSW license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team within a program to ensure high performance.
• Provide individual, family, group, and couples therapy.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and commanders as needed.
• Attend client meetings and participate in research or quality improvement activities.
• Perform case management and clinical supervision of trainees or unlicensed staff.
• Maintain documentation in approved systems per program requirements.
