Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of Optum, seeks a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health team as an Integrated Adult Psychiatry Provider in Massachusetts. The role blends telemedicine and on-site care, with hybrid work options and responsibilities across SUD, anxiety, and mood disorders, delivering assessments, medication management, and collaborative care.

Candidates must hold MA APRN license, board certification, DEA and MCSR, with 1–3 years of post-graduate experience in SUD;

Qualifications

• MA APRN license is required.
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Federal DEA and MA MCSR certificates or in process.
• 1–3 years postgraduate experience treating substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and treatment for SUD patients.
• Take detailed histories and perform relevant exams.
• Order labs and assess severity; plan care including meds or referrals.
• Coordinate with BH and primary care teams; document precisely.
