Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health Division as an Integrated Prescriber in Boston, MA. This hybrid role conducts clinical evaluations, develops care plans with prescribing, and consults with primary care on behavioral health issues.

Applicants must hold MA APRN license and Board Certified Psychiatric NP with DEA and MCSR, plus 3+ years of postgrad psychiatric experience, seeing both adults and children where possible.

Qualifications

• Current MA APRN license and board certification as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR certificate or in process.
• Minimum 3 years of postgraduate experience in psychiatric care, seeing adults (pediatrics preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations
• Develop and implement care plans with prescribing and ongoing assessment
• Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers on behavioral health
• Refer patients to appropriate levels of care
