Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join the Behavioral Health team as an Integrated Adult Psychiatry Provider, with hybrid on-site and telemedicine duties.

The role requires a Massachusetts APRN license, board certification, active DEA and MCSR, and 1–3 years of postgrad experience treating substance use disorders. Competitive hourly compensation with CME time and PTO.

Competenze

Massachusetts APRN license current
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR certificate required or in process
Minimum 1–3 years postgraduate experience treating patients with SUD and dual diagnosis

Mansioni

Performs physical assessments and treatment for SUD patients.
Takes detailed histories and conducts exams related to SUD.
Orders labs and assesses severity to determine evaluation needs.
Implements evidence-based plans including medication management and referrals.
Communicates with BH and primary care teams and maintains accurate documentation.
Contributes to program development and staff training in BH SUD initiatives.
Provides supervision and support of Substance Use team staff as appropriate.
Responds to consultations and eConsults from primary care and participates in on-call coverage.
