The ideal candidate holds MA APRN license and NP board certification, with 1–3 years of post-graduate SUD experience and DEA/MCSR credentials (or in process).

Qualifikationen

• Mental health and addiction treatment experience preferred.
• Must hold active APRN licensure in MA and NP board certification.
• DEA and MA MCSR certificates either current or in process.

Aufgaben

• Provide assessments and treatment for substance use disorders.
• Develop evidence-based plans including medications and referrals.
• Collaborate with primary care and BH teams and document care.
• Deliver telemedicine and on-site care as per hybrid schedule.
• Participate in on-call coverage and after-hours care as needed.
