Responsibilities

• Clinical Scribing and Documentation: document patient encounters, assessments, treatment plans, and notes.
• Clinical Note Entry: input dictated information into the EMR with accuracy.
• Hospital and Patient Documentation: prepare and enter hospital notes and patient summaries.
• Medical Terminology and Behavioral Health Documentation: document diagnoses, medications, and plans.
• Chart Completion and Quality Review: ensure completeness and flag gaps.
• Clinical Staff Workflow Support: streamline documentation processes and reduce admin burden.
