Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active intern license in Washington (such as LMHCA or MFT Intern) is necessary for this position.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to form genuine, trusting relationships with clients in a therapeutic context.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and treatment planning efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, tailoring your approach to fit the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors to design and implement personalized treatment plans that address client-specific challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Maintain detailed documentation of each therapy session in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and skill-enhancement training sessions to refine therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.
• Adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.
