Tree Of Hope, Ltd in Seattle, WA seeks a dedicated Mental Health Therapist Intern to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This full-time internship provides structured clinical experience designed to foster professional growth and effective team collaboration, with a focus on positive client outcomes.

Work is conducted in a collaborative remote setting, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active Washington Intern License in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently within a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain precise, confidential EHR documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and ongoing clinical training.
• Monitor client progress using outcome measures and feedback.
