Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is expanding its Collaborative Care Program in Oregon, seeking an Associate Level Behavioral Health Integration Clinician to work with PCPs and psychiatric consultants to deliver short-term, evidence-based care.

You will screen for mental health and substance use, provide brief interventions, support medication adherence, educate patients, track response, and coordinate referrals, all under supervision and in line with Oregon Board regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• CSWA license required.
• 3+ years with adults with chronic medical + behavioral needs.
• Experience with EMRs and telehealth workflows.
• Proficiency with technology and multiple applications.
• Located in Oregon with majority remote work.

Responsibilities

• Screen/assess for mental health + substance use disorders.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based interventions (BA, PST, MI).
• Support medication adherence and monitor side effects.
• Provide education + self-management support.
• Track clinical response (in-person, video, or phone) and adjust plan.
• Refer for specialty care when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly psychiatric case consultation.
• Document in EHR consistent with model workflows.
• Re-engage patients who fall out of care.
• Practice under supervision of independently licensed clinicians per Oregon rules.
