Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an active Louisiana behavioral health license and have 3+ years of clinical practice post‑master's, plus strong MS Office skills and crisis intervention abilities.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Louisiana.
• Travel in-state up to 50% of the time.
• Unencumbered Louisiana Behavioral Health clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 3+ years of direct clinical practice post-master's.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assess members' needs and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate with providers and care teams.
• Conduct crisis interventions and follow-up.
• Monitor utilization and document care per regulations.
