Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or licensed master level clinician in psychology or social work (LCSW, LMSW, LMSW-ACP, CSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 5+ years behavioral health professional experience.
• 2+ years management experience.
• 2+ years care coordination/case management experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends.
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare enrollees to coordinate services, care needs, or benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment and evaluation of members' behavioral health needs to guide towards appropriate resources.
• Decide resources, approach, and tactical operations for department projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and conduct briefings with other managers.
• Contribute to process/methodology decisions for Intensive Case Management and Behavioral Health deployment.
• Identify and resolve barriers that hinder effective care.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and objectives and their linkages.
• Make decisions about work methods, sometimes in ambiguous situations with minimal direction.
