Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid Colorado licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LAC.
• At least 1 year of licensed experience in direct care behavioral/mental health treatment.
• Preferred: 2+ years of behavioral health experience and experience with short-term certifications or crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions and psychosocial therapies.
• Coordinate care and services across jail, hospital, and community settings.
• Train and consult with other professional staff.
• Interpret clinical assessment results to identify needed services.
• Manage documentation and ensure privacy compliance in records.
• Act as liaison among jails, courts, providers, and community partners.
