Job summary

JotPsych seeks skilled Medical Billers to own end‑to‑end billing and credentialing for behavioral health practices. Remote role open to Latin America or the Philippines, with 30–40 hours per week and a monthly USD salary range.

You’ll submit claims, handle denials, post payments, and drive collections while enrolling providers with payers and maintaining CAQH profiles. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US medical billing and/or credentialing experience.
• 2+ years with behavioral health and psychiatry practices.
• Fluent English with clear written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage 60–90+ credentialing tracks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit clean claims for behavioral health and psychiatry practices and manage denials.
• Post payments, monitor ERA/EFT activity, and reconcile payments.
• Credentialing: enroll providers, build CAQH profiles, and follow up through approval.
• Register and maintain payer enrollments across multiple payers and programs.
• Set up EFT/ERA with each payer and verify eligibility before submission.
• Document every payer interaction and maintain rigorous follow‑ups.
