Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children’s communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based ABA strategies in a remote environment, home visits, or centers.

You’ll follow personalized plans from clinical leaders, celebrate small wins, and grow through paid training, coaching, and career milestones within a flexible, on-the-go role.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months ABA experience preferred (Telehealth/Virtual OK).
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based supports to children in remote, home, or community settings.
• Bring energy, empathy, and patience to every session.
• Follow personalized plans from clinical leaders while tracking progress and milestones.
