r.e.m. beauty by Ariana Grande is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead a holistic 360 social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging spaces. You’ll own content calendars, translate campaigns into native formats, and collaborate with creators to drive launches and engagement.

You will shoot, edit, and post original content focused on product performance, manage daily engagement, and analyze metrics to grow communities while aligning with brand tone and guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media management experience
• 2-3 years of channel ownership at a beauty brand
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with brand tone
• Track record of building engaged communities and scaling audience growth
• Team player with project management and prioritization
• Keen copy editing skills and attention to detail
• Passion for innovative brand marketing and emerging creators
• Fluent in analytics platforms (Dash Hudson, CreatorIQ, Nectar preferred; Meta Insights, TikTok Creator Center)

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform-specific strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, Twitter, and emerging spaces
• Create and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly social content calendar
• Develop always-on strategies to drive product trial
• Translate campaigns into platform-native social moments
• Concept, shoot, edit, and post content focused on product performance
• Identify emerging content formats to stay ahead of the algorithm
• Collaborate with Influencer, Creative, and Product teams for authentic storytelling
• Manage daily engagement across platforms and spark two-way conversations
• Identify super-customers and creators to spotlight and co-create
• Monitor sentiment and translate insights into action
• Brief creators for campaigns and evergreen content
• Cultivate relationships with key community voices in beauty
• Oversee usage rights and brand alignment of UGC
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and growth
• Test and iterate to improve performance while maintaining brand integrity
