Ellit Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Project Manager for a remote engagement. You will lead operational aspects of an Anatomic Pathology implementation, coordinating with regional leaders, informatics, training, and hardware teams to ensure readiness and milestones are met.

Formación

• Demonstrated project management experience with Epic Beaker implementations.
• Experience supporting Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology projects.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and clinical workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, regional, and technical leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational project management for the Epic Beaker AP implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and risks.
• Coordinate clinical informatics activities and operational workflows.
• Manage the training workstream, readiness tracking, and issue resolution.
• Oversee hardware workstream and deployment readiness.
• Facilitate cross-team meetings and align stakeholders.
• Provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor dependencies with Epic Beaker build team.
