Job summary

Peerspace is hiring an experienced outbound sales professional to convert prospective hosts into active signups on Peerspace. You will engage with leads across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom, driving sustained follow-up until signup.

You will also support hosts post-signup to help complete setup and secure initial bookings, ensuring momentum on the platform. This is a remote, high-volume outbound role with a focus on conversion.

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency (written and spoken).
• Availability to work standard UK or EU business hours.
• Experience in target-driven, customer-facing outbound or sales roles.
• Strong closing orientation with a track record of converting prospects to signups.
• Persistence and resilience; an initial no is not final.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Work the lead list across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until you secure a response.
• Follow up consistently with structured, multi-touch outreach.
• Sell the value and handle objections to move prospects to signup.
• Run prospect meetings via Zoom to walk through the platform and progress toward signup.
• Close by driving conversations toward signup and ongoing host support post-signup.
• Refine approach using prospect feedback to improve conversion over time.
• Track activity and pipeline status in the provided systems.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline and lead communications.
