Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a technically oriented Business Development Manager to grow MetSorb products across municipal and industrial water treatment markets in North America.

You will engage customers, distributors, and consultants, develop opportunities, support pricing and contracts, and travel up to 40-50% to drive revenue growth. The role requires a technical background and strong relationship skills to navigate regulators and engineering firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 10+ years in water treatment, environmental tech, or related markets.
• Experience with municipal water treatment projects preferred.
• Strong business development, sales, or market development background.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for MetSorb across municipal and industrial water markets in North America.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities through direct engagement and channel partners.
• Expand distributor, dealer, OEM, and engineering consultant relationships.
• Maintain active project pipeline with updates and forecasts.
• Support pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements; travel up to 40–50%.
• Represent the company at industry events and with regulators and consultants.
