Shermco System Integration (SSI) seeks a high-impact Business Development Manager to own pipeline development across an assigned territory in the United States. This hunter role identifies, creates, and advances opportunities while leveraging local Territory Account Managers.

The ideal candidate combines controls and electrical systems credibility with a proven ability to open doors, influence early project development, and position SSI solutions before bids.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building pipeline from zero in new or underdeveloped regions.
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical systems, or system integration is required.
• Ability to influence specifications and hit rates in early project development.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive pipeline development across the Western U.S., with accountability for opportunity creation and progression.
• Identify and engage target customers, GCs, and end users in key markets.
• Develop territory and account strategies to establish SSI in underpenetrated regions.
• Proactively engage customers before RFP stage, influencing project scope and SSI positioning.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management within CRM tools, including forecasting and reporting.
• Represent SSI at industry events and site visits to advance opportunities.
