Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year of Sales, Call Center, or BDC experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with automotive dealerships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to previous customers and new prospects.
• Answer inbound calls from customers and prospects.
• Schedule appointments using dealership scheduling tools and communicate updates via Slack.
• Build rapport and engage customers through phone communication and third-party platforms (Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader).
• Address customer hesitations with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain CRM records with high accuracy.
