Job summary

FronteraCare seeks a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team serving New Mexico. You will lead and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality ABA implementation while expanding access to care through innovative technology and asynchronous supervision.

You will operate within state and federal regulations, uphold Frontera policies, and contribute to developing precise, compassionate care that adapts to each family’s unique context.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification for at least 1 year.
• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with ABA emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process.
• Developing the case supervision and clinical management.
• Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan.
• Consulting with RBTs/BTs regarding client/family concerns.
• Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of person served.
• Involving client/family in setting treatment goals and training families on strategies.
• Giving clear instructions in presenting materials and techniques.
• Recording and tracking daily progress for client/family.
• Utilizing time in session efficiently to meet objectives.
• Planning for discharge of the person served.
