Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our telehealth team serving NM families, with part-time afternoon coverage from 3-6pm MT. This leadership role mentors RBTs and integrates digital tools to expand access and improve outcomes.

The BCBA will operate under regulatory guidelines and Frontera policies, leading supervision, planning, and family collaboration to deliver precise, family-centered ABA care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field with ABA emphasis.
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population.
• Two or more years of experience in applied settings participating in functional assessments/analyses, development/implementation of functional behavior plans, and telehealth supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process.
• Developing the case supervision and clinical management.
• Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan.
• Consulting with RBTs or BTs regarding client/family concerns.
• Selecting appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities.
• Involving client/family in goal setting and training.
