House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role. Immediate start, part-time or full-time options, and a flexible schedule to support clients primarily in the Mountain Time region.

This role emphasizes supervision of RBTs, initial assessments, and treatment planning, with a focus on ethical, high-quality care and efficient documentation in CentralReach. Colorado credentialing is required, but state licensure is not needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Colorado credentialing required (no licensure).
• Strong experience with CentralReach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients.
