Job summary

Atlantis Positive Behavior Services (APBS) is a Culpeper, VA-based ABA agency serving children and families with a mission to support clinicians and deliver high-quality, ethical ABA services. We seek a BCBA-level clinical supervisor to lead FBA/assessments, supervise RBTs, and partner with caregivers to drive positive outcomes.

You will travel as needed and contribute to a collaborative, value-driven culture that prioritizes staff development, with flexible remote work options and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s BCBA degree and BACB certification required.
• At least 1 year of mental health experience working with children.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBA's, Assessments, and Treatment plans.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with caregivers to evaluate and modify behavior.
• Provide training and guidance to caregivers to address communication, social skills, attention, or sensory integration.
• Collaborate with therapists and other professionals on the child’s progress.
