We are seeking a BCBA with Georgia LBA eligibility to provide supervision, parent training, and clinical oversight for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessments, program design, supervision of technicians, and ensuring fidelity

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with minimum 3 months of experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Design and update behavioral programs to meet learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of behavior plans.
• Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals.
• Provide clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
