Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The position is currently fully remote, with potential future transition to hybrid mode with advance notice.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress, while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with ABA services for autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
