Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role.
• Ability to remain composed during stress or challenging situations.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and assess their behavior.
• Meet with families and professionals to discuss treatment plans.
• Develop individual behavior improvement plans.

Skills

Excellent verbal and report writing skills

Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures

Education

Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA
