Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across several states. You will assess, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
