Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Group is seeking a remote BCBA to support children in treatment centers across Arizona. You will design individualized, ethical client programming and supervise BTs/RBTs while collaborating with families to ensure effective care.

The role emphasizes a one-on-one therapy model, data reviews, and ongoing supervision to optimize outcomes, with a sign-on bonus for licensed BCBAs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required per BCBA board standards.
• Active license in New Jersey.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Design client programming that is ethical and individualized.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
