Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking BCBAs for fully remote positions in Arizona, requiring an active AZ LBA. The team emphasizes inclusion, growth, and a patient-centric approach to ABA services.

You will develop data-driven, hierarchical programs, supervise RBTs, and work with families to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining professional boundaries and regular team communication.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or current exam in progress (BACB) required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide data-driven programming and supervision.
• Willingness to commute to client homes with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidenced-based hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success.
• Maintain professional boundaries and communicate with the treatment team.
