Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide fully remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimum or maximum, and no non-compete agreements, with support for state licensure expansion and a dedicated BCBA Success Manager to ensure clinical

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
