Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Arizona for a remote role serving Mesa and Chandler. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans to support children with autism in a 1:1 setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing supervision, and a strong administrative support structure. A Masters degree and BCBA cert are required.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with diverse needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications and ABA software platforms.
• Must be licensed to practice in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and admin assistance.
