Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide remote supervision of in-home ABA services, leveraging our CareConnect platform to streamline programming, documentation, and progress monitoring.

You will work with Clinical Directors and Area Clinical Directors to ensure high-quality services, mentor Behavior Technicians, lead family training, and drive data-driven decisions in a supportive, growth-oriented environment in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience delivering in-home ABA services.
• Ability to supervise remote staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making.
