Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote clinician. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client sites and supervision meetings.

This role reports to the Regional Clinical Director and requires 20-30% travel, five weekdays availability in two blocks, and strong collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with autism.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case reviews.
• Stay updated with ABA research and ethical guidelines.
• Travel to client homes or sites as needed (20–30%).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
