Job summary

BEAM seeks a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and evaluate behavior analysis interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will lead a team of paraeducators and professionals, tailoring programs to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, collecting data, and guiding staff through ABA principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other behavioral challenges.
• Certification to supervise behavior aides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and guide a team toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between BEAM and community/district partners to understand and communicate behavior plans.
• Promote staff and community relationships in the best interest of students and BEAM partners.
• Confer with staff and community partners on student adjustment problems.
• Assist programs in curriculum development and implementation for behavioral programming.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs based on results.
