Job summary

Achieve ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Must be a certified BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to work in various settings, including homes, clinics, or schools.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends.
