Job summary

Achieve ABA is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead the design and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. You will guide a team of RBTs, collaborate with speech and occupational therapists, and drive data-driven decision making in homes, clinics, or schools.

The role emphasizes advanced ABA knowledge, BCBA certification, and strong communication skills, with flexibility to accommodate evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Must be a certified BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work in various settings, including homes, clinics, or schools.
• Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Create and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Train, manage, and provide hands-on support to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
